Please do not email passwords, payment-card information, private letters, invoices, or customer records.
Restore a purchase
Open the App's upgrade or settings screen and choose Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Reinstalling an App does not normally require buying the same non-consumable purchase again.
Notifications are not appearing
Check notification permission in system Settings, confirm the reminder is enabled in the App, and disable battery restrictions for the App if your Android device delays reminders.
Back up local information
Use an App's export or share option before changing devices or uninstalling. Local-only data cannot be recovered by us after it is erased.
Delete information
