Privacy policy

This policy applies to Circa, Knots, Spark, Someday, Wasl, Fusion, Halo, and IRAM (the “Apps”). The Apps are designed to keep the content you create on your device. We do not use advertising SDKs or analytics trackers in the current releases.

Information stored on your device

Depending on the App, locally stored information may include preferences, routines, relationship reminders, creative entries, letters, invoices, customer and product records, or game progress. This information remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Removing an App or using its erase or reset feature removes its locally stored information, subject to device backups controlled by Apple, Google, or you.

Device features

• Circa may request camera and microphone access for an on-device light check. The current App does not save or upload captured images or audio.
• Knots and Someday may request notification permission to deliver reminders you schedule.
• Spark may access only photos or files you select.
• Sharing and export actions happen only when you initiate them through your device's sharing tools.

Someday gift links

If you create and share a Someday gift link, the letter content is encoded into the link itself so the recipient can open it. Anyone who receives or obtains that link may be able to read its contents. Do not put sensitive information in a gift link, and share it only with people you trust.

Purchases

If you buy an optional paid feature, Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. We may use RevenueCat to validate and manage purchase entitlements. Those providers may process transaction identifiers, product information, device or platform information, and an app-specific customer identifier under their own privacy terms. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Wasl accounts

The current Wasl release does not offer cloud accounts. Business and invoice records are stored locally on the device unless you export or share them.

Disclosure and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information you send to a destination through a user-initiated share or export is handled under that destination's terms. Local information remains until you erase it or uninstall the App. Purchase records may be retained by the applicable store and purchase provider as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current releases.

Security and changes

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be updated.
